Forecasts up to 36 months on real data.
A proprietary statistical model, based on year-over-year trends and seasonality, processes your history by channel and produces coherent monthly forecasts. It's not a black box: you see the curve, understand the model, edit manually, save versions and compare them over time.
- Forecasts by channel: Organic, Paid, Direct, Social — each with its own separate forecast, the sum always consistent.
- 11 metrics, not just sessions: sessions, users, conversions, revenue, transactions, add-to-cart, engaged sessions, pageviews, AdSense.
- Granularity of your choice: day, week, month or year — match the forecast to your decision horizon.
- AdSense included: ad revenue forecasts on native AdSense data, not pageview proxies.
- Cross-property view: sum N properties into a single aggregated forecast, with saved plans rolling up automatically.
- Plan Accuracy: automatic comparison between the targets you saved and actuals, month by month, with MAPE per channel.
- Manual overrides and scenarios: adjust where your intuition beats the model, simulate budget and CPM, save versions.
Your data, explained in plain language.
Automatic reports generated by Claude that read the numbers and tell you what's changing: which channels are growing, where conversions are dropping, which Search Console queries are gaining positions. Not silent charts — commented readings.
- Automatic weekly report in Italian, English, German, French or Spanish.
- Anomalies flagged before they become problems.
- Ready-to-copy summary for client emails or slides.
Security by default
We work on your Google data: we treat it the way we'd want ours treated.
- Read-only access — Oracolo cannot modify anything on your Google accounts, by construction.
- Split-key encryption — tokens and data encrypted AES-256 at rest; the key never lives in a single place.
- Short-lived data — the raw-data cache lives at most 24 hours, then it is physically deleted.
- Full control — delete everything whenever you want, and revoke access at any time from your Google account.
Search Console and AdSense, in the same place.
Queries, clicks, impressions, CTR and average position are no longer in another tab. And if you monetize with AdSense, revenue by day and by site sits next to your GA4 traffic, so you can correlate monetization and sessions in a single view.
- Standard GA4 connection via Data API — ready in thirty seconds.
- AdSense integration to correlate revenue and traffic in the same dashboard.
- Multi-property: one account, many clients, separate dashboards.

● liveThe clarity that was missing in GA4.
Many marketers miss the clarity of GA3 when faced with the disorder of GA4. Oracolo rebuilds that experience: key KPIs in plain view, readable trends, channels, e-commerce, campaigns. Same data, organized the way it actually needs to be.
- Filters, multi-overlays and time comparisons instantly, without configuring custom reports.
- Dedicated sections for channels, e-commerce, campaigns and content.
- PDF and CSV export in one click, ready for the Monday meeting.
Four jobs, one same question.
Oracolo is built for people who have to answer — to a client, to the CFO, to themselves — the question: what will happen to my numbers?
In-house marketing managers
You need to present the annual plan to the CFO with credible numbers, not the usual "we estimate +20%". Oracolo gives you a defensible baseline, built on real data.
Agencies and consultants
You manage multiple clients and need a tool you can open quickly in a meeting. Multi-property, separate dashboards, shareable PDF forecasts. Each client gets their view, one subscription only.
E-commerce and publishers
You have strong seasonality and want to know how much traffic to expect at Christmas, Black Friday, August. GA4 + Search Console give you traffic and organic queries, the statistical forecast projects what's next, and AdSense (if you use it) sits alongside sessions.
Founders and side projects
You have your own site, a newsletter, a side-project. You want to know where you're heading without paying €200/month for enterprise tools. Oracolo costs as much as two coffees a month.
What Oracolo is, and what it
isn't.
+ What it is
- Forecasting and planning on the client's real data, not generic models.
- Model transparency: you see how the forecast is built, edit manually, save versions.
- GA4, Search Console and AdSense in the same place, natively.
- Forecasts by channel and across aggregated properties: planning at the single-channel or portfolio level.
- Clear, readable dashboards: the mental clarity GA4 lost, on GA4 data.
− What it isn't
- Not Looker Studio: it's not trying to be infinitely customizable.
- Not a BI suite: it doesn't connect to Salesforce, HubSpot or custom datasets.
- Not an attribution modeling tool.
- Not a Marketing Mix Modeling for big budgets.
- Not a custom dashboard builder: the layout is opinionated and fixed.
Right now, everything is free.
Oracolo is in public beta. I want to collect feedback from the first users and fix what needs fixing before talking about pricing.

How much historical data do I need for a reliable forecast?
Can I edit forecasts manually?
Do I need to install anything on my website?
Does my data stay mine?
Can I use it for multiple clients as an agency?
How do I know if my forecasts are coming true?
